The Fidentiis Equity Specialist Sales team is made up of a group of experienced equity market professionals servicing institutional and hedge fund investors locally and internationally.
Having worked at a variety of top tier investment banks & brokers both in London and Madrid, there is a firm team belief in local specialist research-based value added advice as the differentiated route to generating performance for investors. This performance focus has allowed the team to develop very strong relationships with investors providing Fidentiis with very powerful capabilities when it comes to exploring capital market options for corporates in our region.

Pablo Martínez

Pablo is part of Fidentiis Iberian Specialist Sales Force. Pablo started working in the Spanish broker FG (taken over by Merrill Lynch in 1996) in 1993 as a Spanish Specialist Sales. Having moved to Pan-European Sales at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in 1999, he went back to do Iberian Sales at Citigroup in 2002.
Diego Miranda

Diego is part of the Fidentiis Iberian Specialist Sales Force. Diego started his professional career in 1999 at Cazenove & Co in London as an Equity Research analyst and then moved on to become a Pan European Equity Sales Generalist to focus on UK institutional and hedge fund clients. In 2004, Diego moved to Citigroup in Madrid to lead the Iberian Equities effort becoming the Equity Country Head of the business. Diego has a BSc in Business Management from Kings College London, an MSc in International Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics & Political Science and an OPM (Owner/President Management) from Harvard Business School.
Javier Paramo

Javier is part of the Fidentiis Iberian specialist sales force. Javier started his career in Société Générale in the year 2000 as a Pan-European Equity Sales. He then moved to ACF in 2007 to be part of the non-Iberian clients` team, where he spent 4 years before moving to N+1 in the year 2011. He joined Fidentiis in 2013.

Gianluca Codagnone
Managing Director Fidentiis Italia
Gianluca is the managing director of the Italian branch of Fidentiis as well as its Head of Sales. Gianluca started his career in the equity industry at the beginning of the 90s as the Head of Research and the Head of Sales with Aloisio-Rampini Stockbrokers. He then went on to become the co-founder of Banca Leonardo together with the Aloisio Foglia Ventura (AFV Brokerage) where he acted as the Co-Head of Equities. In 1999 he assumed the position of a managing director and the Head of Italian Equities at Julius Baer Italia, Head of the Hedge Fund Group and member of the European Board.
Luca Rubini
Senior Italian Equity Sales Specialist
Luca is co-Head of Sales in the Italian branch of Fidentiis. He started his career in the equity markets as specialist sales for the Italian market in the 90s. He worked at Bank Julius Baer in 1999, where he covered the hedge fund community and the special situation desks. One of his most significant experiences is the contribution to the start-up of the securities business at Mediobanca in 2001, where he spent 6 years as specialist sales into UK. He also worked for three years at Unicredit Group in London, where he was responsible for the re-launch of the Italian product into UK and the cross selling with the Eastern European products into the hedge fund community. He joined Fidentiis Italy in 2010.
Giovanni Musarra
Equity Sales
Giovanni started his career in the equity sector in late 90s as utility sell side analyst in Rasfin (brokerage arm of Ras), moving then to the Pan-European team of Fortis Bank and in 2003 to Mediobanca. After a 3-year experience as buy-side analyst at Montepaschi Asset Management, Giovanni joint Unicredit in London as Italian special sales into UK long-only and pension funds. He joined Fidentiis in 2010 covering UK and Spanish markets.
Franco Riva
Equity Sales
Franco began working as a sales on the equity market in London with IMI securities in the early 90s, covering mainly UK and German accounts. He then joined Julius Baer Brokerage in Milan in 1999, renamed Kepler Securities in 2002, and stayed until 2012 when he joined Fidentiis.
Romualdo Piattella
Equity Sales
Degree in Economics specializing in Finance. Diploma AIAF (Italian Association of Financial Analysts), chartered accountant and auditor with professional experience between Milan and London as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Analyst at the international investment banks and funds (Brevan Howard, Park Place, Intermonte, Julius Baer).
