Prior to joining Fidentiis in 2011, he was Managing Director at Grupo Santander, initially in the equities sector for Santander Investment  and afterwards as Head of Capital Markets for Europe. Between 1995-1998 he worked as Sales trader for the American and British markets at BBV Interactivos and at Benito y Monjardín. Honours Degree in European Business Administration by The European Business School, London.

Senior Analyst of Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Broking. Prior to joining Fidentiis in 2019, Borja was Equity Research Analyst at Kepler Cheuvreux and Banco Madrid covering different sectors including TMTs, construction, infrastructure, retail and food. Between 2009 and 2012 he was part of Indra's investor relations team and was Senior Manager of the Valuation & Modelling department at Deloitte Financial Advisory. Borja holds a five-year degree in Engineering and Computer Science at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas de Madrid (ICAI-ICADE).

Nicola joined Fidentiis’s ECM/Corporate Finance team in 2017. He is a Key Executive for AIM Italia Market, qualified by Borsa Italiana. He has considerable experience in providing advice to corporate clients on IPOs and a wide range of other transactions involving private and public companies. Prior to joining Fidentiis he was in the equity department of JCI Capital, BSI Merchant, Reply Spa, Banca Akros, PwC and Relationship Manager for the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana).

Donatella has 7 years of experience as Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets Associate at EnVent Capital Markets. She has been involved in several equity and debt transactions on AIM Italia Market as Nomad and Global Coordinator taking care of the origination and the execution phase of mandate. Donatella joined Fidentiis in July 2018.
